As a fresh NC State University graduate, I delved into the world of UX/UI a semester before the end of my undergraduate career. I found myself drawn into the process of taking my creative ideas and transforming them into technical designs.

I have a passion for advocating for only the best user experiences. I value the continued search to understand user motivations, often asking myself, "What draws a user into a site/app? Which ways can the process become easier for them?" I strongly believe that each individual possesses valuable and varied experiences and that it is my job, as a critical observer of the world, to learn and connect as best as I can with them. I put this same kind of dedication and enthusiasm into my design process.

During university, I double majored in English and Asian Studies, specializing in Creative Writing and Mandarin Chinese. I graduated Summa Cum Laude. Despite facing a global pandemic, I continually adapted, maintaining my grades while taking on new jobs and skills.

Outside of work, I enjoy writing, reading, and the occasional venture abroad.
